Key Responsibilities
Prospecting and Lead Generation:
Identify and pursue new sales opportunities through networking, cold calling, and market research.
Develop and maintain a pipeline of qualified leads.
Customer Engagement:
Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers.
Conduct needs analysis to understand customer requirements and tailor sales approaches accordingly.
Sales Presentations and Demonstrations:
Deliver compelling sales presentations and product demonstrations.
Address customer inquiries and provide accurate information about product features, benefits, and pricing.
Negotiation and Closing:
Negotiate terms of sales agreements to ensure mutual satisfaction and profitability.
Close sales and achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
Post-Sales Support:
Ensure customer satisfaction by providing post-sales support and resolving any issues that arise.
Maintain long-term customer relationships to encourage repeat business and referrals.
Sales Reporting:
Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions in the CRM system.
Prepare regular reports on sales performance, market trends, and competitor activities.
Qualifications
Proven experience as a Sales Person or in a similar sales role.
Strong understanding of the sales process and dynamics.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Highly motivated and target-driven with a proven track record in sales.
Proficient in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
